Your search is personal.

This release lets you search public provider records from the CMS NPI Registry. Search terms and location filters are sent to the registry through The Doctor Review’s server endpoint so results can be returned. Search terms are not stored in a user account or used to make healthcare decisions.

Information available to this site

This release has no candidate account, provider claim, review, appointment-request, or payment forms. It does not ask for medical records, diagnoses, insurance IDs, or other patient health details. Do not enter personal health information in a search box.

As with any website, the hosting provider may process standard technical request data to deliver and protect the service. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking are intentionally added in this release.

Public provider information

Provider identity and location details come from the CMS NPI Registry and can be incomplete or out of date. The Doctor Review does not treat an NPI record as proof of licensure, credentialing, or quality. Check current credentials with the applicable state board.

Future account and review features

Candidate resumes and contact details will require private storage and access controls before recruitment accounts are enabled. Patient reviews and provider claims will require identity, moderation, audit, and dispute workflows before submissions are accepted. Billing will not receive patient health information.

This page describes the current early release, not a substitute for a final privacy notice reviewed for your operating model.
